Why Only 30 min Jogging?

If I jog for 90 min, 6 days a week for 30 years, I would have spent 1 year & 6 months on jogging. If I jog for 30 min, 6 days a week for 30 years, only 6 months spent; a whole year freed for me to do other things. Now, If I say that the benefits for 1 year & 6 months compared to only 6 months are the same; you would shake your head. It's possible!!! It's possible to get results FAST with right TECHNIQUES. Here are few techniques. Take for example a simple deep breathing technique to refresh quickly after jogging. When you breathe deeply after jogging, you will be relaxed in just 2 min. With shallow breathing it would take over 5 min. Techniques do matter. If increasing stamina or improving general fitness is what you want: Slowly increase your speed of jogging each week for your 30 min session. If you want to loose weight quickly, mix your jogging with sprinting during your 30 min session. Advantages of Jogging only 30 min * Other Exercises: You would also like to train your body for flexibility & strength. With time saved on jogging, you can easily add these to your fitness routines. * Results in restricted time: With only 30 min in hand, it's easy to push oneself harder. I know I've got only 30 min / day to achieve my fitness goals. * Athletes Way of Training: Top athletes do high intensity practice sessions for a small block of time. They know, it's better to work hard for little time than hours of halfhearted practice. After reading this you might get the temptation, "what if I do jogging for 10 or 15 min; I wouldn't need to work hard for extra 15 min." Our body starts getting real benefits only after 20 min of jogging. After 20 min, that's THE TIME when body gets 80% benefit of our 30 min jogging session. No more longer sessions to stay fit.
